How to Order and Payment Terms

It's easy to order bullion from Teletrade Direct!

1. Visit www.teletrade.com/direct and view the selection of gold, silver and platinum offered by Teletrade.
   
   
2. Add items to your shopping cart. Please note that prices stay locked in for 10 minutes from the moment you add the first item to your cart, during market hours. This gives you enough time to add additional items to your cart and complete the check out process.
   
   
3. We ask for a 15% deposit by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or by PayPal. After you have successfully payed for this deposit online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This will show the balance amount and how to pay for it.
   
   
4. Once we receive full payment, we will ship your order via USPS Priority, Registered or Express Mail. Please note if you pay your balance by check, we may hold shipment until your payment clears.
