Consignment/Submission Forms for Teletrade®
Download our new Certified and Raw Coin Submission Form, used for consigning coins to Teletrade®. You can also download specific Certified Coin Submission Form, used for consigning certified coins, or our Raw Coin Submission Form, used for raw coins that will be submitted to be graded, then auctioned by Teletrade®. Teletrade® now accepts currency consignments, and forms can be downloaded by clicking on the links below. Teletrade® welcomes PCGS and PMG certified notes. If your notes are raw (or uncertified), take advantage of our special rates at the grading services and have your notes certified and auctioned in one easy step.
